Curb Appeal
Begin with the outside of your house, better known as your curb appeal. Inspect the outside of your house from the view of a passerby. What jumps out at you? What positive characteristics seem to fade into the background?
Understanding this assists us in deciding what actions we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't the best it can look on the outside with touched up paint and colorful garden plants it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers picture themselves lounging in your living room, reading a good book in your spa tub or studying in your home office? We want your Open House to welcome buyers and give them a sense of comfort. I'll help you accomplish this by suggesting changes that enhance your home's features.
I'll tell you put in storage anything that gives the impression of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be neatly arranged. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and refrigerator artwork should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Ugly or dirty spots make your home look smaller and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves calling your place home.
Every room gets a once-over. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that need shining, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
Potential buyers like a home that draws them in with charm. Personal items that could be unsightly should be put away so that your home will have achieve mass appeal at the open house.
